By accessing or using the Lecha app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.

2. Description of Service
Lecha provides AI-powered study tools, including lecture recording and transcription, YouTube video processing, problem-solving assistance, and quiz generation.

3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

4. Subscription and Payments
Some features of the App require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees as they become due. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload to the App. By uploading, you grant Lecha a license to use, store, and process this content for the purpose of providing and improving the App's services.

6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the App for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws. You may not share your account, attempt to access other users' accounts, or use the App to infringe on intellectual property rights.
